BBQ Tempeh Salad 🥗🥗 inspired by inspiralized bbq tempeh salad from yesterday but put my own spin on in. This salad was freshhhhh 💥

Chopped head of lettuce topped with carrots, blackberries (fruit on salad is a must for me – so bomb), red onion, celery, tomatoes, bbq tempeh, and chickpea croutons for the crunchhhh. for the tempeh, steam the block for 10 min (takes the bitterness out), then cut into small triangles. Toss in bbq sauce (I used litecravings recipe) and bake at 400 for 20 min. For the chickpeas I coated them in salt and smoked paprika and air fried at 400 for 10 min – the perfect protein packed crunch. Zero for the base. I added a dressing of 1T ranch mixed with bbq sauce (3)💜 .
