Berry Egg White Oats 🍓
With the cooler temps I’m loving warm breakfasts! Also work has been crazy so I need a super filling breakfast and these egg white oats are insanely filling and keep me full and focused for hours

-I used the ing measurements:
1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of egg whites and I sweetened it with wholeearthsweetener monk fruit and a large handful of frozen berries.

-1 teaspoon each of hemp seeds and chia seeds
