BIRTHDAY CAKE DONUTS 🍩 these are gluten, sugar and guilt free and so so good! I’ve been wanting to make these since I made rachlmansfield birthday cake banana bread and they turned out better than I expected! Such a fun treat and no better way to start the week! My recipe came out to 2 each 🍩

dEATS
-Preheat oven to 350
-Grind up 1 cup of gluten free rolled oats (0) and mix with 1t baking soda 1/2t salt
-In separate bowl mix 1/4 cup wholeearthsweetener allulose blend (0), 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (0), 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (0), 2T light butter,melted (3), 1 egg (0), 1t almond extract (1) and 1t vanilla extract (0)
-mix wet and dry ingredients together and let sit for a few minutes to thicken up
-fill donut pan 3/4 full and bake for 8 minutes
-let cool completely before icing

For icing:
Mix 1/8 cup of swervesweetie confectioner sugar (0) with 1t unsweetened almond milk (0) and 2 drops of food coloring. Dunk donut in and immediately cover in sprinkles. Let sit for a few minutes to set and enjoy!
