Blackened Salmon Tacos 🌮🌮🌮
I’m all about fish tacos these days, they scream summer and I’m getting them in before the warm weather goes away. Also if you’re not putting mango on your tacos, start doing it, it’s the key ingredient IMO

dEATS: (each taco 1💙💜2💚)
-top salmon with cumin, smoked paprika and salt. Broil on high for 7 minutes
-make the Mexican brussel sprouts slaw: shred brussel sprouts in food processor, dress with juice of one lime, 1 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
-grill corn tortillas (I use the missionfoodsus extra thin corn ones) over stove until warm and slightly charred
-top each tortilla with slaw, 1oz salmon, sliced mango and extra cilantro
-enjoy!!
