Blackened Salmon Tacos with Mango Salsa 🌮🌮 these are the tacos of summer right here! Super refreshing, light and the perfect amount of crunch! I actually prefer these on the traderjoeslist jicama wrap rather than a traditional tortilla, tastes extra fresh!

Jicama Wrap from traderjoeslist (0), topped with avocado crema (3), blackened salmon (0), homemade mango salsa (0), cabbage and cilantro.
Avocado crema: 1/2 cup of eatwholly avocado smash mixed with nonfat Greek yogurt, lime, salt and pepper
Blackened Salmon: top salmon with taco seasoning, broil on high for 6-8 minutes depending on thickness of salmon
Mango Salsa: chop 3 Roma tomatoes, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 red onion, 1 jalapeño, 1 mango, 1/4 cup cilantro, juice of 1 lime and 1/2 lemon, salt to taste. Let marinate for at least 2-3 hours🍅🥭
