Blender Strawberry Matcha Oat Protein Pancakes 🥞 these beauties are made with simple, protein packed ingredients like Greek yogurt and vitalproteins collagen🥞
Pancake deets: in a blender put 1 cup rolled oats, 1 banana, 1 egg, 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of unsweetened oat milk, 1/2t vanilla, 1/2t salt, 1/2t cinnamon, 1t baking powder, 1 scoop vitalproteins matcha and 1 scoop of vitalproteins collagen. Blend until it’s a smooth batter. Scoop 1/3cup of the batter at a time and add cut strawberries to the top. flip once you see the little bubbles and cook another minute. I topped mine with some traderjoeslist coconut whip cream and more strawberries. With the toppings these are 2 💜 .
