Broiled salmon, brown rice and veggies for dinner tonight. Monday’s are seriously insane for us during quarantine. Idk what it is but both Sean and I are always in back to back to back meetings and the days whirl by. Having an standard go to dinner has been so important for us to make sure we are eating healthy and starting the week off on the right foot. I buy frozen salmon from Costco and we eat whatever leftover veggies/grains we have chillin the the fridge. This week it was kale, brussel sprouts and some brown rice. Quick, easy and healthy. Zero 💜 .
