Brunch Hash 🍳🥔

Because who doesn’t love crispy potatoes, avocado and a perfectly cooked crispy fried egg?!

I made this after my long run yesterday and already want it again. It’s easy, and a perfect plate of fat, protein, carbs and veggies

dEATS🍳🥔
What you’ll need:
•1 yellow & 1 red potato
•avocado oil spray
• oldbay_seasoning
•garlic powder, paprika, ground black pepper
•yellow onion
•mini sweet red peppers
•avocado
•egg (vitalfarms – always)
•cilantro, to garnish

How to do it:
•cube the potatoes, spray with avocado oil and coat with seasoning. I just eyeball and make sure there’s enough for them all to be coated
•air fry at 400 for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes so they evenly cook
•meanwhile, on low, sauté a chopped onion and peppers
•once the potatoes are ready, combine in skillet with peppers and onions
•serve with avocado and a crispy fried egg
•top with cilantro
•enjoy!
