Cake Batter Protein Balls 🎂
I always have to have a lunch dessert and wanted to make something for the week that would not only satisfy my sweet tooth but give me some extra protein. I had one of these daily and they were so good!
I was inspired by erinliveswhole cake batter balls recipe but used what I had on hand!
What you’ll need:
•1/2 cup cashew butter (I used wild_friends )
•1/3 cup vanilla protein powder (I used foursigmatic )
•1 teaspoon almond extract
•dash of salt
How to make them:
•combine the cashew butter, protein powder, almond extract and salt in a bowl
•using a tablespoon, roll into balls
•freeze for 10 minutes
•roll in sprinkles until covered
*I stored these in the freezer and they were perfect for a week. I’m sure they last longer than that but they were too good I had to have one daily!
