Can’t stop won’t stop with these Greek yogurt bowls ✨ 1 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt topped with berries (0), 1t of both chia and hemp seeds (0), 2T of purely_elizabeth granola (2) and a drizzle of honey (1). When I’m feeling peckish in the morning I’ll make this bowl and it keeps me satisfied for hours! Also I’m loving these blue hydrangeas I picked up at Trader Joe’s this week 🌷 .
