Chinese takeout fakeout 🥡 I was craving generals chicken but since it’s been 4 months since I’ve had meat and I never feel great after takeout I decided to make our own version with tofu! Definitely satisfied the craving and my serving was ZERO compared to take outs which would be 24 🥡

(Makes 2 servings)Cube extra firm tofu and bake in air fryer for 20 mins, shaking the basket every 5, you want them to be super crispy!
General Tsao sauce: mix 2T soy sauce, 2T vegetable broth, 2T rice vinegar, 2T monk fruit, 1t chili garlic paste and 1/2T arrowroot starch in pan over low heat.
Once the tofu is done, mix in the sauce. I served mine with brown rice and sautéed green peppers and green beans. Top with green onions and sesame seeds! .
