Delicata Squash Hash 🍳
I love myself a good veggie filled breakfast and I notice that if I eat a big breakfast I’m less snacky through the day. I tried intermittent fasting and it did not work for me, I was so so hungry and ate way more during the day. I am team big breakfast for sure! Your body and mind needs fuel during the day! If using points earlier in the day is what you’re scared of, this breakfast is perfect for you!
Delicata squash (aka ) hash:
-air fry at 400 for 15 minutes chopped delicata with 1/2 green bell pepper and 1/4 yellow onion. I used some olive oil spray, salt and pepper.
Egg White Scramble:
-sauté spinach and tomatoes and add 1 cup of egg whites until cooked through
-top it all with sauce
