Fig Protein Oats

After my hard strength workout I realized I didn’t buy any breakfast foods during my weekly shopping trip since I was so focused on dinners but shipt to the rescue! I didn’t have time to run out to the store and get ready so I went online and placed an order and as soon as I got out of the shower I got oats, egg whites, figs, paper towels and toothpaste (they were on sale!) delivered to me! Was able to have my protein filled breakfast and was on time to my first meeting!

-I used the ing measurements:
1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of egg whites and I sweetened it with wholeearthsweetener monk fruit
Toppings:
-fresh figs
-1 teaspoon chia seeds
