Happy February!

I don’t usually post my monthly goals but I figured it’ll help me stay accountable if I put it out there for everyone to see. This is what I’m getting after this month:

•get my website (healthykel.com) up and running
•read 5 books
•keep screen time under 5 hours a day
•eat breakfast daily

Speaking of breakfast, I know I am more focused and less hungry the rest of the day if I take 5 minutes to make a solid meal before my first meeting so I’m making it a priority this month. This breakfast bowl has been my fav! I can premake the eggs, mushrooms and roasted tomatoes on Sundays so this bowl take less than 5 minutes to throw together in the morning and it’s so so delicious!

Tell me some of your goals for the month in the comments and I’ll check in on you 1/2 way through the month – let’s keep each other accountable and make February a great month!
