Celebrating with these Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Jicama Fries with a creamy mojo sauce

If you still need to make plans, you should definitely add making these Cuban style jicama fries with creamy mojo sauce. I used the new Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic seasoning blend and it’s a must pick up item. These are low carb fries (if you’re into that thing) or just really delicious (which you should always be into).

What you’ll need:
•container of jicama sticks
•avocado oil spray
•Cuban style citrusy garlic seasoning blend (from traderjoeslist ) you could sub garlic salt blend if you can’t find
•5 cloves garlic, chopped
•fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
•fresh orange juice (from 1/2 orange)
•1/2 teaspoon cumin
•1/3 teaspoon salt
•cilantro, to garnish
How to make it:
•preheat oven to 425
•in bowl spray jicama sticks with avocado oil and generously cover with seasoning blend.
•bake in oven for 45 minutes, turning over 1/2 way through until jicama is nice and crispy
•meanwhile, make sauce by combining the remaining ingredients together
•garnish both sauce and fries with cilantro
