Happy National Oatmeal Day 🍌

These national food holidays are always so silly to me but I’m always down for a celebration and an excuse to have a big bowl of comforting oatmeal, especially now that it’s cold!

Ever since I started adding egg whites to my oats, I can’t stop. It’s the perfect balance of protein and carbs to keep me going all morning. Plus it takes less than 5 minutes to make so I can quickly make it in between meetings! Highly recommend trying it if you were like me and never had oatmeal for breakfast because it didn’t keep you full for long enough!

🍌Egg White Oats
-see fitnfoodwithtaylor highlights on how to make. I did 1/2 cup ratios and added wholeearthsweetener monk fruit and a lot of cinnamon
🍌caramelized banana
-spray pan with coconut oil spray (I get the one from traderjoeslist )
-slice up banana and cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes, checking after 5 until caramelized
-enjoy!
