How are you feeling about tomorrow?
I’m excited to run my 5k, eat my grandmas recipes that I haven’t had in 2 years and spend time with parents and brother. I’m sad I won’t be seeing the rest of my siblings, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins.
Friendly reminder to not stress about food tomorrow. The year has been hard enough, give yourself some grace. I hope you enjoy the day whatever that looks like for you and your family. While it’s been a hard year for all, there’s always things to be thankful for
& please don’t starve yourself today in preparation for tomorrow. I’ve been there before where I didn’t eat for days before holidays and it always ended in me binging and being out of control and so food obsessed that I wasn’t even present with my family. Today, I’m eating as I normally would which includes this delicious avocado toast 🥑
