I forgot how hungry I get when I run. I had to take about 2 months off from running due to an injury and I can totally tell the difference in hunger levels on days when I run vs when I don’t. On the days I do, I need to really rely on the zero point foods to keep me full and this oatmeal did just the trick! I made steel cut oats in my instant pot and topped with blueberries, chia & hemp seeds and caramelized a banana. This whole bowl is zero and hopefully will keep me full for the next few hours of meetings 🍌 .
