I’m running a half marathon tomorrow it’s my friends birthday and she’s running…

I’m running a half marathon tomorrow 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️ it’s my friends birthday and she’s running 29 miles for her 29th so in support I’m going to get up and run 13.1! My longest run since January has probably been 6 miles BUT I’ve been running hills, doing intense cardio (jabsbygina) and I’ve ran over 30 half’s before. I know my body can do this. So to prepare myself I’ve been chugging water today, I’ll take an Epsom salt bath tonight to prep my legs and I made this carb heavy dinner 🍚
Dinner deets: brown rice, black beans, sautéed kale in lemon and salt, sonomabrinery sourkraut and a sauce made of tahini, lemon juice, garlic salt and thinned with water. So so tasty and 3 – wish me luck tomorrow 🏃🏼‍♀️ .
