Maple Tahini Bomba Grain Bowl✨🌶
I think I just made the best sauce I’ve ever tried (& no I’m not being dramatic). This sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy plus it’s super creamy so it’s a total winner.
You could put this sauce on anything, it worked great with this vegan grain bowl but would also be a delicious salad dressing, topping for baked salmon or a dip for some fries or veggies. The possibilities are endless!
What you’ll need:
For the Maple Tahini Bomba Sauce:
•1 tablespoon of tahini (I’m loving thetahinigoddess )
•1 teaspoon on bomba sauce (get it at traderjoeslist )
•1 teaspoon maple syrup
•squeeze of lemon juice
•water, to thin if necessary
For the grain bowl:
•roasted beets and butternut squash
How to make it:
•stir all the ingredients together
•use on anything and everything
The grain bowl:
•make farro according to package
•roast beets and butternut squash at 425 for 40 minutes
•kale is massaged with avocado oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice
•throw it all in a bowl and drizzle with sauce.
