Miso Green Beans with Crispy Tofu Nuggs and Brown/Cauli Rice / /Seriously obsessed with the Dynamite Sauce from Trader Joe’s 🔥🔥 a little drizzle is all you need to really kick up your plate a notch!

On another note, we’ve been stuck inside for 2 days straight because of the hazardous air quality in Portland. As miserable as it is, I’m so thankful to have a safe place to take cover and all my friends and family are safe. If you’re in the area, I hope that you and all your loved ones are safe too 💕 sending all my love to the west coast and praying for some serious rain!!!

dEATS:
-Cook brown rice (I do mine in the instantpotofficial for 24 min on high pressure with natural release, 1:1 rice liquid ratio)
-while rice is cooking, cut extra firm tofu into cubes (the one from traderjoeslist is the best) spray with coconut oil and toss with vegan chicken less seasoning. Air fry for 20 minutes at 400 shaking every 5
-cut fresh green beans and cook over stove until blistered. In separate bowl combine 1 tablespoon of miso paste with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and pour over green beans
-cook some cauliflower rice to mix with brown rice when done
-serve it up on a plate, drizzle with dynamite sauce and sprinkle with some sesame seeds
-enjoy!!
