MoOorning 🍪 monsters ! 👩‍🍳 I’m trying to bake my fav’ cookies, really fluffy and a little raw in the middle.💡Two tips to succeed: chill the dough in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and create big balls not too tight to keep the dough airy.

For 6 cookies:
– 200g of flour
– 1 tsp of baking powder
– 100g of chocolate chips
– 100g of butter
– 50g of pecan nuts
– 75g of brown sugar
– 25g of white sugar
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp of salt

1. Mix the butter and the sugars
2. Add the egg and mix
3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix
4. Pour the cholocate chips and pecan nuts and use a wooden spoon to gently mix, don’t compact the dough too much, it should be airy
5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes
6. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, gently form into cookie form on the baking sheet
7. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 360F (180C)
8. Let the cookies chill on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes
