🎄💫❣️My grandma used to make this Bûche de Noël : frozen chocolate-chestnut.
The recipe is very simple, for 12 slices you need:
– 1kg of chestnut spread
– 300g of dark chocolate
– 130g of butter
1. Melt the dark chocolate and the butter
2. Add the mix to the chestnut spread
3. Let rest in the freezer for at least 24 hours, 48 is best !
