Peanut Butter Pretzel Hot Fudge Pie🥜🍰 got a lot of DMs about this so decided to share the recipe! This is by no means low in points but that’s the beauty of ww you can have your pie and eat it too! Everyone in my family loves this so it’s become a standard dessert at all family functions, Father’s Day would be no exception!

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl combine 3/4 cup of crushed salted pretzels, 1/2 cup flour, 2T sugar and 1 stick of melted salted butter. Press mixture into 9 inch pie dish and bake for 10 min. Let cool then top with 1 cup of hot fudge

In a saucepan stir together 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup Reese’s chips, 3T peanut butter (I used wild_friends ), 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup cream. Keep whisking over medium heat until it bubbles. In a separate bowl pour a small bit of hot liquid into 3 egg yolks, mix fully and then add into mixture. Take off heat and add in 2T butter and 1t vanilla. Once fully combined pour over hot fudge. Top with crushed pretzels, flaky sea salt, hot fudge and more wild_friends peanut butter. Let set in fridge for at least 30 min. I usually make mine the night before and take it out 30 min before serving so it’s easier to cut. ENJOY!
