It’s the end of persimmon season so soaking it up while I can with this toast. If you’re able to find persimmons in your store, grab them up and make this!
What you’ll need:

•2 pieces of bread (I love the cracked wheat sourdough)
•2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
How to do it:
•top each slice with cream cheese and slices of persimmon
•drizzle with honey and top with hemp seeds
