Pitaya Bowl 🌴☀️

Now that the weather is starting to warm up, I’ve noticed my cravings have shifted and I am loving these smoothie bowls!

I personally choose pitaya (dragon fruit) over açaí because the color is just so dang beautiful! I blend mine with frozen mango, banana and riced cauliflower (I promise you can’t taste it and it makes it extra creamy!) and sometimes add some collagen for additional protein

The topping combinations are endless but I did more dragon fruit, kiwi and unsweetened coconut + some hemp and chia seeds and a drizzle of honey. This bowl tastes like your $15 bowl from your local smoothie shop but is a fraction of the price!

What you’ll need:
•1 pack of pitayafoods frozen pitaya
•1/4 cup frozen mango
•1/2 frozen banana
•1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
•1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
•optional: 2 scoops of collagen
•toppings: sliced kiwi, dragonfruit, hemp seeds, chia seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, honey (all from traderjoeslist )

How to do it:
•throw all your ingredients in the blender (minus toppings). I try and use as little almond milk as possible so it’s nice and thick, add a little more if needed
•pour in bowl and top with whatever toppings you desire!
•enjoy!
