Pizza Pockets 🍕
I had some leftover pizza dough from last week so decided to make some pizza pockets to celebrate pizza Friday and they turned out awesome!
Growing up I loved Hot Pockets (who didn’t?!). These pizza pockets are basically them but taste better and have better for you ingredients. I filled ours with mushrooms and peppers but the sky is the limit with the different combos you could make

What you’ll need
•8oz of mybizzykitchen pizza dough
•sweet bell peppers
How to do it:
•preheat oven to 375
•roll out dough into a long rectangle
•cut into fourths
•on 2 pieces of dough spread layer of sauce, cheese and veggies
•top with other piece of dough and seal using a fork
•spray with avocado oil (or olive oil)
•bake on bakingsteel (or pizza stone) for 15 minutes
•let cool and enjoy!
