Post workout brunchin’ 👊🏼 did a double jabsbygina workout this morning so was absolutely famished and needed this. Roasted potatoes and a frittata made with 4 eggs mixed with nonfat Greek yogurt, caramelized onions, spinach, basil, and some shredded mozz. Sean said it’s the best frittata I’ve made yet and I think I agree! Now I’m spending the rest of the day on my couch reading – Happy weekend all ✨
