👩🍳RECIPE: soft & gluten-free chocolate 🍫 cakes for a good start of the week !
Here is the recipe of healthier and gluten-free chocolate cakes, you just have to replace the butter by apple compote, thanks camille.colinet for the tips ! And put Maïzena instead of flour.
For 8 small cakes:
– 3 eggs
– 75g of brown sugar
– 125g of Apple compote
– 200g of dark chocolate
– 50g of maïzena
1. Mix the sugar and the eggs
2. Add the apple compote and mix
3. On the side melt the chocolate, then add it to the mix
4. Add the maïzena and mix
5. Pour the mix into small cake pans, bake for 15 min in a preheated oven at 180C (356F)
