Shrimp Fajitas 🔥 Today is national fajita day so obviously had to have them as it lines up perfectly with taco Tuesday! Fajitas are like the perfect meal: easy to make, low in points, full of vegetables and protein and most importantly, DELICIOUS!

Chop 2 bell peppers and 1 yellow onion into strips. Cook in frying pan and toss with lots of paprika, cumin, Chile powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper (I’m terrible and measuring and literally just throw it on until it looks good). I cook these until veggies are starting to get soft and then add in precooked shrimp (I always buy the frozen devained and peeled shrimp) and cook until shrimp are heated! That’s it! I serve with nonfat Greek yogurt and salsa so this whole meal is ZERO points
