Single Serve Carrot Cake Cinnamon Roll 🥕

I love a good cinnamon roll but hate that I have to make 6 or 12 when it’s just me and Sean. Erin ( aka bodybybreakfast ) solved this issue by making her single serve recipe!

I love anything carrot cake, especially around Easter so had to make one to start off Easter weekend on sweet note! This turned out incredible and there is a good chance I’ll have another one tomorrow and Sunday for brunch

I made a few tweaks to Erins recipe but she deserves all the for these – check out her posts/reels on how to make!
