Started my Friday morning off strong. Went on a 3 mile run, took a 30 min jabsbygina IGLive class and then did a 50 min yoga sculpt so I was STARVING and needed food STAT. 1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt topped with berries, chia & hemp seeds, purely_elizabeth granola (2) and honey (1). My go to meal when I’m hangry and want to eat the world since it’s full of protein 👊🏼
