Summer Berry Crisp 🍓Had to put all those berries we picked to good use and made a delicious ww friendly dessert! The entire pan is 10 and I cut it into fourths so we could have some tonight and some tomorrow for 3 a serving! I served mine over some frozen fat free cool whip for another point, highly recommend!

Preheat oven to 375.
In bowl combine 4 cups of berries (we used blueberries and tayberries) with 1.5T sugar (0 I used lakanto monkfruit) and 1T arrowroot powder (1) (could sub cornstarch). Pour into greased 8×8 pan
In another bowl mix 1/2 cup rolled oats (0), 1/3 cup oat flour (0), with 1/4 cup monkfruit sugar (0), 1t cinnamon and 6T of light butter (9). Once combined, press over berry mixture
Bake for 25-30 min until browned and the berries are starting to bubble – enjoy!
