THANK YOU BODY ✨ this body has rolls, scars, cellulite and while I spend more time worries about those things than I’d like to admit I’ve also started to appreciate my bod more than ever during the Q. I’ve never been more thankful that my body is able to move. Something I try and do daily is thank my body for one awesome thing it did for me that day (shoutout to shayfoxshayfox for this). Sounds silly but instead of being annoyed that I feel bloated or my arms feel fat, shifting the focus to gratitude to what my body does for me on a daily basis has helped a ton. Today, I’m thankful that my body was able to complete a 50 minute jabsbygina abs class. Saturday, I was thankful that my body was able to carry me up 5 miles and 2,000 feet of elevation gain. While loving my body at every size can be tough, I know it’s important so I’m doing the work.
