Dinner: roasted salmon with veggies (0)
Lunch: brown rice, black beans and sautéed lemon kale topped with 2T Trader Joe’s spicy peanut vinaigrette (3)
Breakfast: nonfat plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and Trader Joe’s toasted oatmeal flakes cereal (3)
Not pictured: my snacks of grapes, apples and celery with peanut butter (6) and carrot sticks. Ended the week strong and excited for weigh in tomorrow✨ .
