Veggies for Brekkie 🥬🍠🍳 some day I eat an insane about of veggies and others they are almost nonexistent. This weekend, they were definitely not the focus of all my meals and that’s ok! I just woke up this morning craving a big plate of greens and that’s what I had!
Roasted sweet potato, zucchini and yellow onion at 400 for 40 min. At the 30 min mark add in torn kale. Fry up 2 eggs to top! Zero for the plate
