When your favorite Nike hat is the only thing left that fits 🏃🏼‍♀️ it’s wild for me to compare these photos. The photo on the left is me finishing my first (and only) marathon in 2016. I was probably 35-40 pounds heavier than I am in the photo on the right which was from Friday after finishing my most recent half marathon. So much has changed since I crossed that finish line 4 years ago one of them being I joined ww and learned how to fuel my body properly. So happy I did because carrying less weight around makes running a hell of a lot easier 😂 I’ll be taking a break from posting my weight on here as it’s not my main focus anymore. I put in the work to get down to my goal weight and I’m happily fitting into my clothes and feeling amazing. Really want to focus my energy and headspace into feeling good and getting stronger and faster. I’ll always use ww as a tool to make sure I’m eating properly and fueling my body best but just going to keep my weigh ins off of here (because you don’t need to see my 1-2 pound fluctuations that maintenance is). You’ll just be seeing lots of healthy meal ideas and fitness 🏃🏼‍♀️🥗✨
